Return Window
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to Start a Return
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with a return address and instructions. Do not ship items back before receiving these instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or we sent the wrong product, we pay the return shipping. For change of mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Non Returnable Items
Custom or personalised items and any item marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
