Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
United States: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, flat rate USD 6.90.
Europe: 10 to 18 business days after dispatch, flat rate USD 12.90.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping cost.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once the customer pays the new shipping cost.
Lost Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 14 consecutive days, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
